FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the costume work?

The MagaCarry costume uses a built-in battery-powered fan to inflate in seconds. You step into the costume, turn on the fan, and it puffs up around you — creating the illusion that you're being carried.

What size does it fit?

One size fits most teens and adults (5'0" to 6'3"). The costume is designed to be roomy and comfortable.

What batteries does it need?

The fan requires 4 AA batteries (not included). With fresh batteries, the fan runs for several hours.

Can I sit down while wearing it?

The costume works best while standing and walking. You can sit down, but the illusion is less convincing.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days depending on your location.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your costume, contact us and we'll make it right. See our Return Policy for full details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track Order page.
